Terms of Service

Effective July 2, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Opservo (the “Service”), operated by Softuvo Solutions Private Limited (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Opservo is an infrastructure-intelligence platform: a lightweight agent you install on your servers ships telemetry to our cloud, which explains what is running, flags problems, and — only where you explicitly opt in — runs commands you dispatch. You are responsible for the servers you connect and for the actions you take through the Service.

2. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • You must be authorised to monitor and manage any server you connect to the Service.
  • You may invite teammates; you are responsible for their use of your workspace.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to access or manage systems you are not authorised to control.
  • Attempt to breach, probe, or disrupt the Service or other customers’ data.
  • Resell or provide the Service to third parties except as permitted by your plan.
  • Use the Service to violate any applicable law.

4. Remote actions

Remote command execution is off by default and must be enabled per server by an operator on that machine. When enabled, commands you dispatch run with the agent’s privileges. You are solely responsible for the commands you run and their consequences. We are not liable for changes you make to your own systems.

5. Plans, billing and AI credits

  • Paid plans and AI-credit top-ups are billed in INR (₹) through our payment provider (PayU).
  • Subscriptions renew for the stated period until cancelled. Prices are shown at checkout and may change with notice.
  • AI features consume credits from your monthly allowance and any top-ups. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Data

Our handling of your data is described in the Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data; you grant us the rights needed to operate the Service.

7. Availability & changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features, and may update these Terms; material changes will be notified. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

8. Warranties & liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ends.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Mohali (SAS Nagar), Punjab have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
