Delete your Opservo account

You can delete your Opservo account yourself, from the web or from the mobile app.

How to delete it

• Web: sign in at getopservo.com → Account → Security → Delete account.
• Mobile app (iPhone / Android): More → Delete account.
• Can’t sign in? Email hello@getopservo.com from the address on the account and we will delete it for you.

You confirm with your password (or your two-factor code). You are signed out on every device straight away, and we email you a Keep my account link that works for 7 days. After 7 days the account is permanently deleted.

What is deleted

• Your user account: email, password, two-factor and passkeys, signed-in devices, push-notification tokens and app connections.
• Any workspace where you are the only member, with everything in it: servers and their data, alerts, incidents, uptime checks, AI conversations, API tokens and integrations.
• Your name is removed from workspace audit logs (entries show “deleted user”).

What is kept

• Invoices and payment records, for as long as tax law requires (in India, 8 years).
• Workspaces you share with other people stay with them. If you are the only owner of one, make someone else an owner first.

The Opservo agent keeps running on your servers until you remove it: sudo systemctl disable --now infrapilot-agent.
